Fitness is here to guide you back to taking care of yourself. Offering online fitness classes to fit around your lifestyle and commitments or do in your own time. And in-person Personal Training completely tailored to your needs. We prioritise your self care.

BURN, LIFT & FLOW is an online program of 3 live classes per week incorporating cardio hiit, strength training and yoga conditioning. This is Sarah's tried and tested holy trinity of exercise. Combine these 3 classes per week and feel your absolute best!

Personal Trainer / Yoga Teacher / Fitness Instructor

 

Hey, I’m Sarah and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years (gulp!). I'm a yoga teacher and PT. I'm pre/post natally trained and I'm Eating Disorder informed. I love all types of training including strength training, yoga and my absolute favourite is running in the beautiful Epping Forest. I have 2 children so I completely understand the desire to train versus the demands of family life which is why I offer both in person and online sessions.
 

I love getting out in the fresh air and being in nature, and I really believe that my own happiness comes from choosing a healthy lifestyle.
Looking after yourself is definitely the new cool!


Full qualifications including:
Fitness Instructor

200hr Yoga Teacher

Exercise to Music

Personal Trainer
REPS 3 certified

Pre and Post Natal exercise

Over 55s exercise
